Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 70 g sugar
- 50 g butter, soft
- ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 16 m.-large raspberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
makes about 8 muffins
Combine the butter and sugar, then add the remaining ingredients, except the raspberries, and stir in. Line a muffin tin with 8 baking cups and fill them halfway with the batter. Place 2 raspberries in each cup and seal with the remaining batter. Bake the muffins on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30-35 minutes.
