Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g raspberries, fresh (alternatively frozen)
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Quickly wash the raspberries and blend them with the yogurt, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a blender or with an immersion blender for a few minutes until frothy. Pour the shake into a large glass and serve chilled. If you prepare the shake in the morning, you can easily take it to the office in a screw-top jar or a tightly sealed plastic container. Shake well before drinking.
