Ratz – Fatz Asia – Pan

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey breast
  • 1 kg mixed vegetables (Asia Mix, also frozen bags)
  • 1 n. B. Soy sauce
  • 500 g noodles (mie noodles)
  • 500 g glass noodles
  • n. B. onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, cut the turkey breast into small cubes and fry until lightly browned. At the same time, cook the noodles (they can be cooked in the same pot). I never pay attention to how long the noodles take, as both types only need to be in the hot water for a short time. I then taste both to see if they are cooked. Drain the noodles. Place them in a wok and cook together with the vegetables (I usually cook them in a large pot – e.g., a pressure cooker), about 250 ml of water, plenty of soy sauce (half a bottle is enough), and the meat. Stir frequently to ensure everything is well mixed. Arrange everything on plates and serve. Everyone can add more soy sauce to taste at the table and scatter fried onions on top if desired.
