Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g ravioli (cheese or meat filling), from the refrigerated section
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Cook the ravioli for 2 minutes in boiling salted water, then immediately rinse under cold running water. Heat the vegetable stock with olive oil. Place the ravioli in the hot stock for a few minutes. Divide the stock and ravioli between two plates and serve with fresh herbs. Serve with white bread.
