Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g ramen noodles
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- 1 egg(s), optional
- 1 tbsp garlic oil, alternatively olive oil

quick and vegetarian
Bring about 400 ml of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles for about 7 minutes. Then add 2 teaspoons of vegetable broth (my vegetable broth says one teaspoon for every 250 ml, so I use 2 here). Add the garlic and the garlic oil or olive oil. Then add the chili flakes. If you like, you can add an egg to the soup and cook briefly until the egg is no longer runny. Then serve.
