Many would like to save sugar – in Advent, this is doubly difficult. So many delicious temptations! But the E-Docs assure: It can also be something sweet – whether cookies, biscuits, or confectionery.

Our delicious pastry and confectionery recipes use less sugar than usual. Sometimes the fine sweetness comes from bananas, pears, or dried fruits. Theoretically, sweeteners could save even more calories and carbohydrates. Losing weight with sweeteners or eating healthier does not work in practice. So it’s better to enjoy something sweet made from natural ingredients – quite consciously.
