Red Braised Minced Meat

The perfect red braised minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Mixed minced meat
  • 4 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 4 Discs Pineapple
  • 6 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp White wine
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 0,25 liter Meatsoup
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Chili oil
  1. Preparation: Dice the onion, cut the paprika and pineapple into small pieces
  2. Fry the minced meat well in hot oil, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the vegetables and fry them.
  4. Deglaze with white wine and soy sauce.
  5. Add honey and meat stock and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli oil.
