Red Braised Minced Meat
The perfect red braised minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gr Mixed minced meat
- 4 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Green peppers
- 4 Discs Pineapple
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce
- 6 tbsp White wine
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey liquid
- 0,25 liter Meatsoup
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Chili oil
- Preparation: Dice the onion, cut the paprika and pineapple into small pieces
- Fry the minced meat well in hot oil, stirring constantly.
- Add the vegetables and fry them.
- Deglaze with white wine and soy sauce.
- Add honey and meat stock and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli oil.
