Ingredients
 

Sauce base:

  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tsp Potato starch
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic red
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • Sweeten with:
  • 2 tbsp Beet juice (sugar beet syrup)
  • 2 tbsp Jam, red
  • Spices:
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Pimento
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

Briefly heat together:

  • Mix the sauce base and add the other ingredients to sweeten and season. If you want, you can briefly boil the sauce mixture in a saucepan if you want to boil it down in the screw-top jar for a longer period of time.

Use for:

  • Grilled meat, hamburgers, hot dogs, meat loaf, bratwurst, meatballs, etc.
