Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ jar red cabbage
- 1 large chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 tsp honey
- 100 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp raspberry jelly
- Walnut oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan with oil. Roughly chop the walnuts and add them. After the mixture has been lightly coated with honey, add the red cabbage and stir in. Finally, add the raspberry jelly and let it melt a little so it blends better with the rest of the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with spaetzle or rice, for example.
