Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg red currant jelly
  • 1 liter of water
  • sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the red fruit jelly and water together and then puree. Sweeten as desired, preferably with sweetener, as sugar doesn’t dissolve well. Then pour into ice cream molds or whatever container you have available and freeze. How long it takes for the ice cream to set depends on the ice cream mold you use.
