Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g berries (wild berries, mixed, frozen)
  • 500 ml water
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

from the 4th month

Bring the water to a boil. Add the wild berries and boil for 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve and let cool. If making the juice for older children, you can add sugar to taste.
