Red Prawn Platter with Side Dishes

The perfect red prawn platter with side dishes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Red prawns 7 – 8 pieces
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 10 Slice of baguette
  • Butter
  • Soft cheese
  • Meat salad
  • 1 Tangerine
  1. Heat butter (1 tbsp) and sunflower oil (1 tbsp) in a pan, add the red prawns, fry at low temperature, drizzle with liquid honey (1 tbsp) and turn over. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches). Spread the baguette slices with butter, soft cheese and meat salad, arrange on 2 plates together with the red prawns, drizzle with the gravy and garnish with tangerine wedges, serve.
