Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g rice
- salt water
- 250 g tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- some water
- optional spice(s) of your choice

delicious rice pan with red vegetables
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes (make a slit on the top, briefly place them in a bowl of hot water, and then simply peel off the skin with a sharp knife). Remove the stems and finely dice the tomatoes. Finely dice the bell peppers and onions, just like the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a large pan or saucepan and sauté the onions gently. Then add the tomatoes to the pan, adding a little vegetable stock whenever the liquid is running low. When the rice is ready, add the diced bell peppers to the pan, stir them in briefly, and serve hot. If you like, you can of course vary the seasonings to suit your taste.
