Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 480 g tartar
- 250 g onion(s)
- 4 tsp oil
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 50 g tomato paste
- 150 g sour cream
- some salt and pepper
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
for participants of the WW program 4 P./portion without side dish
Dice the onions and fry them with the tartar in the oil. Add the canned tomatoes and tomato paste and bring to a boil. Add the drained sauerkraut, stir well, season with salt and pepper, and add the garlic. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauerkraut has reduced slightly. Add more water and season to taste. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Delicious with mashed potatoes or baguette (charge extra!)
