Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized fish fillet(s) (Red Snapper)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 pinch(s) salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of fish seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, wash the fillets thoroughly and then pat them dry with paper towels or a kitchen towel. Sprinkle the fish with the seasoning and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Finally, coat the fish in a little flour and fry over medium heat in a little oil (2-3 tablespoons) for about 5-6 minutes per side. Delicious with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes!
