slightly spicy sauce for kebab, chips, salad, grilled meat

Mix together the yogurt and sour cream. Then stir in the spices. You can also use fresh, crushed garlic, which will only become more intense the longer the sauce sits. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic, and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. If you don’t have the time, that’s fine too. We eat the sauce with kebabs. It also tastes great with grilled meat, as a salad dressing, or with fries, etc.
