Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g yogurt, Greek or Turkish
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp caraway powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp salt
- some peppermint leaves, finely chopped
- a few stalks of parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, mix the yogurt with the olive oil and spices until smooth, then finally stir in the mint and parsley. This makes a delicious, spicy dip for a variety of dishes.
