Turkish style yogurt dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt, Greek or Turkish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp caraway powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some peppermint leaves, finely chopped
  • a few stalks of parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, mix the yogurt with the olive oil and spices until smooth, then finally stir in the mint and parsley. This makes a delicious, spicy dip for a variety of dishes.
