Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g red currants
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 1 dashes lime juice
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

With lime

Strip and wash the currants. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the fruit with the lime juice and buttermilk and season with sugar or agave syrup. Pour into jars.
