Refreshing strawberry-raspberry smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g strawberries, also frozen
  • 150 g raspberries, also frozen
  • 1 small orange(s)
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without juice and milk

Wash, hull, and chop the berries. Peel the orange and chop them as well. Place the chopped berries in a tall container. Add the honey and water. Blend everything together. Pour into suitable glasses, add ice cubes, and serve. If you use frozen fruit, ice cubes aren’t necessary, as the drink will be cold enough as it is.
