light and delicious for hot summer days and parties

Cook the pasta in plenty of water with the stock cube until al dente, then drain well. Let cool for about 20 minutes. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Drain the tuna. Place the pasta, cucumber, and tuna in a large bowl and mix well with the salad mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Season to taste before serving. The pasta salad tastes especially delicious when freshly made and still slightly warm. The next day, a lot of water can accumulate from the cucumber, so you’ll definitely need to season it again. I always serve it with meatballs or hot sausages.
