Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ pack of rice
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 jar salad mayonnaise
- Salt
- pepper
- broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes
Cook the rice. To do this, combine water with a little oil and curry powder, so the rice already has a yellow color after cooking. Let the rice cool. Then mix the rice with the salad mayo (you may need to use a little less) and add the shredded tuna. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder (the curry flavor should come through well). Let it sit for a few hours. Just before serving, stir in the drained mandarin orange segments.
