Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g diced watermelon(s)
- 100 g diced cucumber(s)
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Smoothie with watermelon, mint and lime
Freeze the watermelon cubes overnight (only for the slushy version). The next day, simply blend all the ingredients together in a suitable blender (see video). Done.
