Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 500 g rhubarb
Instructions

Rhubarb cake with a twist
Cream the butter until creamy, then stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Fold in the peeled and diced rhubarb. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour.
