Rhubarb – Flip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rhubarb
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the rhubarb into 2 cm long pieces and cook with the sugar and a little water. Using a blender, combine the rhubarb, lemon juice, vanilla, and milk until smooth and divide between 4 glasses. Whip the cream until stiff and add a dollop of cream to each glass.
