Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 stalk(s) rhubarb
- 1 pack of vanilla pudding
- 40 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the rhubarb and cut into 0.5-1 cm slices. Place the slices in a saucepan and fill with water until covered. Bring to a boil. Mix the vanilla pudding mix with the sugar and milk. Cook the rhubarb for about 5 minutes, until soft. Mash lightly with a whisk. Add the mixed pudding mix and stir in. Bring to a boil briefly. Ladle the pudding into bowls. It tastes great hot or cold. If you prefer your pudding sweeter, you can add a little more sugar.
