Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 125 ml cream, semi-skimmed
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the sliced ​​zucchini (approx. 3cm long sticks) for 2 minutes. Add the quartered mushrooms and sauté until softened. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour over the mushrooms and mix everything together. Add the broth, cream, and parsley. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper and toss with the pasta. This also makes a delicious variation with fried bacon or strips of meat.
