Ribbon pasta with chicory

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicory, roughly chopped
  • 3 small tomatoes (e.g. plum tomatoes), cut into eighths
  • 100 g tagliatelle pasta
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • turmeric
  • cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and super tasty

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until tender, then drain. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a small pan. Briefly sauté the chicory, add the tomatoes, and fry lightly. Season to taste. Add the mozzarella and let it melt briefly. Then add the tagliatelle to the pan and toss to coat.
