Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cup(s) rice
- 2 cups salt water
- 500 g turkey strips
- 1 pack of bacon
- 1 pack of grapes
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water until tender. Meanwhile, brown the turkey and bacon. Halve the grapes and add them to the meat. Deglaze with vinegar, add the honey, and season. Season to taste with vinegar, honey, and spices. Serve with the rice.
