Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 wraps
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 m.-sized tomatoes, sliced
- 2 slices of cheese
- e.g. basil, fresh
- e.g. cayenne pepper
- Salt
- turmeric

with tomatoes and cheese
I made the omelet in the microwave using the Omelet Master. Whisk three eggs with a tablespoon of water, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and salt in the dish. Dip the tomato slices into the beaten egg, and microwave the dish for about five minutes. Meanwhile, top each wrap with a slice of cheese (covering the length) and fresh basil leaves. Once the omelet is ready, split it lengthwise, place one half on each wrap, and roll it up. Serve with tomato salad. It’s also a great snack for work.
