Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g rice, cooked
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 cup of beer
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Mix the ingredients into a batter and fry in hot oil in a pan until golden brown and crispy. I serve it with a mixed salad. If you like, you can also add some diced bacon or ham.
