Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g rice
- salt water
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 30 g Parmesan
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water until tender, or use cooked rice (e.g., from the day before). Then heat a little olive oil in a pan. Add the rice and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring gently. Finally, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the tomatoes and rice and sauté for a little longer. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
