Rice Cakes (vegetarian)
The perfect rice cakes (vegetarian) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Boiled rice
- 3 Eggs
- 75 g Breadcrumbs
- 150 g Grated Gouda
- Pepper
- Salt
- Put the cooked rice in a large bowl. Add the eggs and cheese and season. Finally add breadcrumbs.
- Cut off small meatball dumplings by tablespoon and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Go with a salad or a sauce of your choice.
