Rice Cakes (vegetarian)

The perfect rice cakes (vegetarian) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Boiled rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs
  • 150 g Grated Gouda
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  1. Put the cooked rice in a large bowl. Add the eggs and cheese and season. Finally add breadcrumbs.
  1. Cut off small meatball dumplings by tablespoon and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
  1. Go with a salad or a sauce of your choice.
