Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Boiled rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs
  • 150 g Grated Gouda
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Put the cooked rice in a large bowl. Add the eggs and cheese and season. Finally add breadcrumbs.
  • Cut off small meatball dumplings by tablespoon and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
  • Go with a salad or a sauce of your choice.
