Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g rice, cooked
- 100 g peas, cooked
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg white
- ½ pack of low-fat curd cheese
- Herbs of Provence
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the first 7 ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Knead well, form into patties, and fry them in a little oil until light brown and crispy.
