Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g chocolate (milk chocolate), roughly chopped
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 80 g butter
- 2 bananas
- 150 g natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven). Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate in a bowl and mix. Beat the eggs in a second bowl, whisking them together, and stir in the sugar. Melt the butter and add it to the egg along with the mashed bananas and yogurt. Then add the egg to the flour mixture and gently stir in with a spoon or fork. Pour the thick batter into a greased or paper-lined muffin tin. Place in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
