Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 250 g rice, cook
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 jar asparagus in 5 cm pieces
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked, cut into cubes
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained
- 250 g salad cream
- 1 bottle of curry sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Layer the ingredients one by one in a glass bowl. Mix the salad cream and curry sauce and pour over the salad. Cover the salad with cling film and let it sit overnight.
