Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 can of corn
  • 400 g turkey schnitzel
  • Ginger root, 2 cm
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • 250 g cooked rice (long grain rice)
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the spring onion into rings. Cut the meat into strips and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the ginger and garlic, and fry until hot. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add a little oil to the wok and stir-fry the rice. Mix the vegetable stock with the soy sauce and sambal oelek. Add the vegetables to the rice and fry for about 3 minutes, then add the corn. Deglaze with the stock. Add the meat and heat through.
