Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of rice
- 5 potatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- e.g. mushrooms
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- curry powder
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
vegetarian and simple
First, peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Then, fry them in oil. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Then, chop the peppers and mushrooms and add them when the potatoes and carrots are almost done. Add a little more oil if necessary. When everything is cooked, add the rice and mix well. Then, add the tomato paste and stir again. Season to taste and serve.
