Tomino in bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pieces of cheese (Tomino) 100 g each
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 half pear(s)
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • n. B. Balsamic vinegar, old
  • black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

light dinner or sophisticated starter

Brush the cheese with honey and wrap each slice with two slices of bacon. Tuck some rosemary under the bacon. Cut the pear into thin slices. Fry the cheese in a pan on both sides until the cheese just holds its shape and the bacon is crispy. Serve the cheese with the pear slices, sprinkle with nuts, and drizzle with some good old balsamic vinegar. Grind black pepper over the top and serve immediately. Serve with leaf salad and crusty baguette.
