Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 150 g basmati rice
- 1 small onion(s)
- some oil
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can of corn
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Tip: Add salt only when the water is boiling. Peel the onion, dice it, and sauté it in hot oil in a pan. Then dice the bell pepper and add it along with the kidney beans and corn. Sauté for about 2 minutes, then add the rice. Finally, season and serve.
