Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g risotto rice
- 8 dl milk
- 8 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 piece(s) butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Stir the rice into the seasoned, boiling liquid and cook until porridge forms. Cooking time: approximately 30 minutes. Serve with various compotes and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
