  • 500 ml lemon-flavored buttermilk
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 g rice pudding

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine milk, buttermilk, and rice pudding in a saucepan and cook on high for 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Tips: If you prefer a sweeter dish, use more buttermilk and less milk. You can vary the consistency by using more or less rice pudding.
