Ingredients

  • 1 L Milk
  • 250 g Rice
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Sugar, cinnamon as desired
  • Preserved fruit, applesauce ...

Instructions

  • Put milk, butter (prevents the milk from foaming) and salt in the pressure cooker and let it get hot. Pour in the rice, stir briefly, close the lid. Reduce the heat to a minimum on the first ring and cook for about 10 minutes. Then take the pot off the hob and let it evaporate. This takes about 5 minutes (counts as part of the cooking time). After the evaporation is complete, open the pot and pour in the vanilla sugar and any other sugar - serve with the preserved fruit, applesauce or cinnamon, depending on your taste.
