Salmon – Cream – Sauce
The perfect salmon – cream – sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Salmon fresh
- 1 Chopped onion
- Butter
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- 2 cups Cream
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- ————Zum binden———-
- 0,5 tsp Food starch
- 1 NS. Water
- Clean the salmon and season with salt and lemon.
- Heat the butter in a pan. Roll the salmon in flour and sauté. Add the onion and fry.
- Deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes. To taste.
- possibly thicken. Mix the starch with a sip of water in a glass and pour into the sauce, bring to the boil, done!
- TIP 5: I’ll add colored pasta next time.
