Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Salmon fresh
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • - To bind -
  • 0,5 tsp Food starch
  • 1 slices Water

Instructions
 

  • Clean the salmon and season with salt and lemon.
  • Heat the butter in a pan. Roll the salmon in flour and sauté. Add the onion and fry.
  • Deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes. To taste.
  • possibly thicken. Mix the starch with a sip of water in a glass and pour into the sauce, bring to the boil, done!
  • TIP 5: I'll add colored pasta next time.
