Salmon – Cream – Sauce

The perfect salmon – cream – sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Salmon fresh
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • ————Zum binden———-
  • 0,5 tsp Food starch
  • 1 NS. Water
  1. Clean the salmon and season with salt and lemon.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan. Roll the salmon in flour and sauté. Add the onion and fry.
  3. Deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes. To taste.
