Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 handful of rice pudding
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 liter of water
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 dash of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Lightly sauté the rice in a pot. Sprinkle about a tablespoon of flour over the rice. Once the rice has turned slightly yellow, add water, add salt, and let it swell for about 20 to 30 minutes. Finally, add a dash of milk and cream. Season to taste and enjoy. This is a salty soup and should NOT be confused with sweet rice pudding.
