Ingredients
- 125 g Short grain rice organic
- 500 ml Milk
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 glass Applesauce
- 1 pinch Cinammon
Instructions
- Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan. I used 1 small cup (125 gr) of short grain rice, add it and the sugar. Simmer for 35 minutes on low heat with the lid closed. Add more sugar as you like and stir frequently
- Now fill the cooked rice pudding into serving bowls and garnish with applesauce. Also goes very well with hot morello cherries, sprinkle with Zimtprise Done! Easily a delicious dessert for the inexperienced or simply for in between!
