Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g apricot(s), dried
  • 1 organic lemon(s)
  • 1.4 liters of milk
  • 250 g rice pudding
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • n. B. cinnamon sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

a fruity experience

Quarter the dried apricots. Wash the lemon under hot water and grate the zest. Rinse a pot with cold water (this prevents the milk from burning as quickly). Bring the milk to a boil with the rice, sugar, lemon zest, and apricots. Cover the rice pudding and let it swell over low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan. Garnish the rice pudding with them and serve. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
