Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk, lactose-free (rice drink)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 150 g rice pudding
- 500 g apples
- 40 g raisins
- cinnamon sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Bring the rice milk to a boil with salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar, then add the rice pudding. Add the apple pieces and raisins and let the rice simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with cinnamon and sugar.
