Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • n. B. Oil, neutral
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove(s), possibly more
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water until tender, drain, and let cool. Meanwhile, wash and chop the bell peppers. Rinse the cashews under running water and let them dry on kitchen paper. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to 1/8 liter of oil. Crush the garlic and slice the onions. Combine all ingredients, adding more soy sauce if desired.
