- Rice semolina is an important ingredient in Thai cuisine. It is given over many salads, it gives a nice nutty taste and a great crunch.
- To do this, simply put any amount of basmati rice in a pan without fat and roast it until golden brown while turning, then immediately put in a bowl so that it does not continue to roast and cools down well and then process it into semolina with an electric grinder.
