Rice Turkey Vegetable Pot
The perfect rice turkey vegetable pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Turkey breast fillet
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 0,5 Can Corn
- 1 Can Tomato
- Rice
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Margarine / oil
- Cut the onions and garlic into relatively small cubes.
- Cut the zucchini into cubes about 1 thumb thick.
- Cut turkey breast fillets into small strips.
- Heat some margarine or oil in a saucepan (you can also use a pan, mine was just too small) and steam the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Then fry the turkey breast strips lightly brown and immediately after adding them to the margarine / oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Then add the zucchini to the turkey breast strips until they are slightly soft.
- Now add the corn and tomatoes (you can also use fresh ones) in the pot and season everything again with vegetable stock.
- Finally, add the rice (prepare according to the instructions on the package, I took the one from the day before) and let the rice turkey vegetable pot simmer again for about 3-5 minutes on the lowest heat. (You can also add basil, oregano, etc.)
