Rice Turkey Vegetable Pot

The perfect rice turkey vegetable pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 0,5 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Tomato
  • Rice
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Margarine / oil
  1. Cut the onions and garlic into relatively small cubes.
  2. Cut the zucchini into cubes about 1 thumb thick.
  3. Cut turkey breast fillets into small strips.
  4. Heat some margarine or oil in a saucepan (you can also use a pan, mine was just too small) and steam the onions and garlic until translucent.
  5. Then fry the turkey breast strips lightly brown and immediately after adding them to the margarine / oil, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Then add the zucchini to the turkey breast strips until they are slightly soft.
  7. Now add the corn and tomatoes (you can also use fresh ones) in the pot and season everything again with vegetable stock.
  8. Finally, add the rice (prepare according to the instructions on the package, I took the one from the day before) and let the rice turkey vegetable pot simmer again for about 3-5 minutes on the lowest heat. (You can also add basil, oregano, etc.)
  9. Last but not least: Enjoy your meal.
